The hotel is within two miles of Gatwick North terminal. With travel links to many local attractions within a 30 minute drive of the hotel, including Hever Castle, Chartwell House, and the British Wildlife Centre.

The Hotel has parking and spaces are available on a first come, first served basis and offers access to a shuttle service to and from the airport 24 hours a day. You can reach central London via train or bus from Gatwick Central Train Station or East Grinstead Train Station.

Travelodge Gatwick Airport Central can be reached by walking but is not the closest hotel. Taxis and buses provide a regular service to and from the airport.

There is a footpath from one corner of the car park crossing the river which means you can walk to north terminal in about 15 minutes (guest review)

There is a limited number of pre-pay car parking spaces available at this hotel which need to booked in advance. It is possible to pay for a maximum stay of 5 nights. However, it is not a park and fly car park.
